Kristy Dallas
Ms.
Dallas has been performing since the age of six,
and music and singing is her passion. A
California native, she grew up in Billings and
was a chorus member of the Billings West High
School Meistersingers and violinist in BWHS
Orchestra. The highlight of her career was in
December 1995 when she performed as a guest
soloist for Fantasia Navidena at El Club de
Jardines, and the Gran Festival de Musica Coral
in San Jose, Costa Rica. She graduated from
North Central College in Naperville, IL, and
holds a B.A. in Organizational Communication and
Spanish, with a vocal performance emphasis.
While at North Central, she toured nationally
with the NCC Choir, and performed individually
to maintain her music scholarship. She also
performed in the NCC Madrigals and in the NCC
musicals Anything Goes and Good News. From 2004
– 2009, she was a soloist on Robert Frazen’s One
on One Television Show in Naperville, IL. While
in Chicago, she was in two different cabaret
shows at Davenports Cabaret, as well as a
soloist in Intimate Opera’s 9 Young Vocal
Artists in Concert. Current roles include “Lula”
in Venture Theatre’s Violet and as an actor in
their 2010 Wet Ink Festival. She also sang in
Magic City Singers’ Swingin 40’s show in
Billings and Red Lodge. Kristy is thrilled to
make her professional opera debut with Rimrock
Opera.
